My name is Nikki, and I was craving a natural energy boost without the jitters of coffee, when I discovered matcha. Its vibrant green color and earthy taste immediately won me over, along with all of its health benefits.

I started drinking matcha everyday and came up with the idea of creating my own brand of the best quality matcha. I designed the logo and labels, created the website, searched suppliers from Japan until I found the perfect fit: hand-picked, premium quality matcha from Uji, Japan – 100% organic, because I value both our bodies and the earth.

The name 'Aisuru,' meaning 'to love' in Japanese, resonated with me immediately, as Aisuru truly stems from a place of love. Through Aisuru, I want to share my passion about matcha and health with others.
